Let's stretch those legs!
For today's class I wanted to share an "indica flow" to stretch and strengthen your legs, especially your hamstrings, hips, quadriceps, and feet. This indica flow balances effort and ease while focusing on the heightened sensations indica gifts us with, and the reminder to move slowly, but you're welcome to smoke whatever herb works for you! All levels are welcome to practice to class.
Props you might want (but don't need to have) are a folded blanket and a yoga strap (you can use a belt or bathrobe strap instead). Some yoga poses we will explore are rock the baby pose, lizard lunge, pigeon pose, deer pose, all stretches culminating to a full body stretch in compass pose and a peaceful savasana.
You can access the class at anytime and stream it with WiFi or a stable internet connection, or download and access it from ANYWHERE you are later! Feel free to leave a rating, as I always like to see feedback from my students. :)
