5 Restorative Yoga Poses to Relieve Stress & Anxiety (Cannabis-enhanced yoga)

These are five of my favorite restorative poses for relieving anxiety and stress. You can pick one pose to do on it's own or move through the whole sequence for a deeply restful practice. I invite you to consume cannabis in anyway that supports relaxation for you, and to find sanctuary and respite through breath-focused meditation. As always, consuming cannabis is completely optional and not necessary to practice with these classes with me :)
*PROPS NEEDED*
- 2 bolsters (replace with pillows)
- 4 blocks (replace with stacks of books or anything solid)
- 2 blankets
